You may request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. The return window is calculated based on the delivery date confirmed by the courier.

- No Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.
- Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
- Free Return Shipping: If your return is approved, Soulnest will cover the return shipping cost.
- Return Approval: All return requests are subject to approval based on our return guidelines.
- Non-returnable Items: All items are eligible for return or exchange unless marked as non-returnable on the product page.

💰 Refund Process
- Customer contacts us to initiate a return.
- We verify the request and send return instructions and a prepaid label.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we initiate the refund within 1–2 working days.
- Refund is credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Note for COD Orders:
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via UPI or bank transfer. Customers must share their details with us. We do not provide cash refunds for COD orders.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share clear photos of the issue.
- Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
