  • Refund Processing Time: Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.
  • Free Return Shipping: If your return is approved, Soulnest will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Return Approval: All return requests are subject to approval based on our return guidelines.
  • Non-returnable Items: All items are eligible for return or exchange unless marked as non-returnable on the product page.

💰 Refund Process

  • Customer contacts us to initiate a return.
  • We verify the request and send return instructions and a prepaid label.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we initiate the refund within 1–2 working days.
  • Refund is credited within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Note for COD Orders:
Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via UPI or bank transfer. Customers must share their details with us. We do not provide cash refunds for COD orders.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the issue.
  • Once verified, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
